I live in Florida and can’t believe some areas are opening so slowly. But

I realize that different parts of the country have experienced the impacts of Covid-19 differently. What has been the actual effects of Covid-19 in your area to slow things down so much? Have the effects been real and actual or scary and potential. Everyone wants to be safe, but what have been the actual realized risks in your area? NYC has been crazy. I didn’t think NoVa was anything like that.
