I’m telling you straight up.....It’s the police unions....Lots of good cops

But little accountability for the bad ones. Get rid of the unions and implement 21st century accountability and real punishment for even more minor transgressions. Police based upon community partnership principles and get rid of the bad apples as quickly as possible when they turn up. It will work. Won’t be perfect, but nothing is....and it will be a whole lot better than what we have now.
