Of someone resisting arrest for getting a ticket for this offense. If I was a cop I wouldn’t give a ticket for anything, there’s just to much negative that can happen. They should just take a pic & mail them a ticket. The law abiding people will pay the ticket & those who don’t abide by laws will do what they want without consequences. Cop cars will one day be robotic rolling 360 degree cameras. If physical disputes happen it’s every person for themselves. That’s in our future.
