Terrible at First, but got used to it


First Month with a full mask was horrible, stopped for a couple months, restarted it about 4 months later. Cranked up the minimum air pressure to 9 and that seemed to do the trick. Also, a real cold room seems better and added in a CPAP pillow. Also try a deep breathing technique
