Most likely whatever they were trying to trick you into downloading


has been found or reported to Microsoft who removed it. I'd put that at 99% if the URL you ended up at was the same the one you clicked and was in the legitimate onedrive domain.

However, there's a chance there was some kind of redirect involved where something was done on another page then you were redirected to the missing page. There are probably other possibilities too.
