Best:
-- Frasier
-- The Jeffersons
-- Good Times
-- Gomer Pyle, USMC
-- If you consider it a spinoff, Better Call Saul is by far the best.
-- Star Trek: Voyager (the only ST series I consider a true spinoff because there were characters from Deep Space 9 in it, although Dr McCoy DID appear in the first episode of ST:TNG)
-- Mork and Mindy was great but I don't truly consider it a spinoff; they introduced the Mork character in ONE episode of Happy Days so they could have a jumping off point for the series; IMO a true spinoff would have a legitimate longtime character of one series become the focus of the new series)
-- All the Mary Tyler Moore spinoffs did well (Rhoda, Phyllis) but I didn't watch them enough to personallyt judge their quality; I think Rhoda even had a spinoff of its own with Rhoda's sister as the lead.

Worst:
-- After M*A*S*H
-- Beverly Hills Buntz
-- Joanie Loves Chachi
