I am putting an in-ground hoop next to my driveway ...

HOA approval - check (even though I forged neighbor's signatures so I wouldn't have to make them uncomfortable about touching the paper or the pen)
New hoop and pole on premises - check. Managed to borrow a truck large enough to fit a ten foot pole in the back and it has been sitting in my garage for a month.
Miss Utility markings? - check. Been done for more than two weeks.

The a-hole who is supposed to install it has not responded to an email or a text since early June. And I would love to fire his ass but he comes VERY highly recommended and everyone else I have asked is booked through August. I would do it myself but I had to dig a 3 foot hole in my yard for a new lamp post and I know exactly what lurks beneath the surface. Rocks the size of Oprah's ass. It is too hot and I'm too old for that crap!
