I learned how to make Mojitos bartending down here. Make sure you at least


tear up the mint leaves by hand. Best, though, is to tear up mint leaves, drop in a pint glass add limes and syrup and muddle. Add the rest, shake, pour from tin back to the glass, garnish...then momentarily gaze at your work with pride before indulging.

But in reality, the only Mojito I like is a free Mojito, so...I'll just shut up and go back to my beer now.
