Scared of him. I was respectful but didn't any crap from him. My BIL who was a Marine was scared to death of him.

We had problems like all inlaws do and Thanksgiving 2002 it came to an end. He had been running his mouth to me and I threatened to whip his ass and walked outside and waited for him to come out. After that we got along fine until he passed away in 2012.

He loved his job just hated the political crap behind the scenes. He was old school so I am sure he would be livid like most folks are now.

He never pushed being an officer on my wife or her younger sister.

He was a good guy and we all still miss him.
