My experience over the last 25 years workonf
With business owners is that pricing is a struggle for most. A lot hesitate too long to raise prices. Even my hairdresser does. She is always 100% full but she fails to raise prices because she hates to make people mad. I tell her if she raised her prices 10% year she can lose her bottom 10% and have more free time. That bottom 10 is the ones that don’t need tip well too. She has finally put annual increases in place over the last three years. So she is charging over 40% more with the compound increases and is booked full.
A lot of businesses fail because they can’t figure out what to charge.
