Bring that experience back to VT. Operating within a top, well funded organization doesn’t mean he has to bring back the negatively-based strategies (Pay to play, etc.) but it provides a ton of benefits, from operating blueprint to successful recruiting infrastructure strategies, to connections with other too peer level coaches.

I would have thought that Fuente would have done that at VT, given his experiences as coordinator, but it isn’t materializing. It seems he’s operating from a G5 background and not a P5 background. Maybe it’s a reflection on personality? No idea on that.
