So I'm trying to get Apple TV so I can watch Greyhound...


I don't have a Roku or Firestick or anything like that, because I've never needed one. I stream everything through my PS4, but the AppleTV app isn't available for the PS4. So no biggie. I was just going to sign up and watch it on my computer.

What a pain in the butt. As someone who runs a website, I've never had any trouble signing up for a site before. But man...Apple TV seems to make it hard, for me at least.

I finally got around my initial problems by signing up for an Apple ID on the regular Apple site. And now I get this when I try to sign in on Apple TV to get the free trial...

"Before you can sign in on the web, first sign in to the Apple TV app on your iPhone or iPad."

I don't have an iPhone or iPad, so I don't have the app. Am I SOL unless I go buy a Roku or Firestick? I really don't want to do that just to watch one movie.
