A gunshot wound. But no foul play is suspected???

I get that it could be, and probably is, accidental, though if you shoot someone you should at least report it.

How can it be "no foul play"? A bullet is not natural causes. To me, you say "no foul play is suspected" when the death is likely attributable to natural causes.
