There's not a universal right answer. It's fruitless to debate it


Not to mention, most people can't choose anyways.

As for us, our kids are going to start at home. We don't have to worry about childcare as my wife is able to stay home with them to begin with. Having a newborn with low to no immune system isn't a risk we want to take having a 7yo and 5yo at school.

However, I don't fault anyone for sending their kids to school. Some kids need it to be open for decent meals or to escape home life. Others who have older children that can follow the rules of masks or social distancing I would think wouldn't be a problem either.

Also depends on where you live. If you are a relatively low cases county, send'em.
