I look at it this way

we call them sweatshops, but I would bet the people who work there are happy they have a job because the alternative might be starvation.

That being said, the worst thing that ever happened to this country was moving manufacturing offshore. It is the single biggest reason for bifurcation and social unrest.

Everyone can't be a $500K a year senior engineer at Google or Facebook.
