Are you sure there was even a window for refunds?


If so, you should've received an email.

But not every venue/promoter/platform was offering the "window" on Postponed events.

It's a bit ridiculous --- you might have somebody who purchased tickets in Oct 2019, for an April 2020 concert, that is now scheduled for Sept 2021. All because Postponed events aren't handled the same as Cancelled events.
