There seems to be a lot of politics on the hydroxy...

It is admitted extensively used for mild cases with azithromycin and zinc sulfate. It can't be recommended for some patients, and has no effectiveness for other cases. One party is saying it will solve the whole pandemic, while the other says it can't be used at all. Perhaps the clamp-down on its use is due to the side effects for heart issues.
