Agree. care.comis usually pretty good, though we are struggling to find


help for our special needs daughter when school starts back.
Actually the last few times we used care.com we haven't had much luck, but we weren't looking for full time. The times we were looking for full time we found several really good applicants.
We've also found care.com to be expensive as well.
