friend in high school's cousin died of something similar when she was in her early 20s. Was perfectly healthy, ran long distances, etc. It's never easy when anyone dies but it's especially hard when it's a young otherwise healthy person. Stuff like strokes or aneurysms are scary because they can just come out of nowhere with little to no warning.
