At the OBX in early July and a house near mine definitely was hooping

It was a 3/4 bedroom beach box and as I was walking the dogs at about 6:30 in the morning the house had nine cars. ECU was the most represented college, but also had NC State, VT, and ODU. I am amazed the virus has not gone away...... amazed
