The river is the boundary there

Everything on one side (with the exception of Radford) is in Mongtomery County. Everything on the other is Pulaski. Lot of twists and turns there, so it's not easy to use proper cardinal directions in the description.

Radford sits physically on the Montgomery side and was part of the county until 1892 when it became independent (for all you local government trivia lovers out there).
