The Fed's balance sheet hasn't grown since July


They stopped supporting the repo market and the purchase of new bonds are in rough balance with the rolloff of maturing bonds.

The economy needs fiscal stimulus to deal with the permanent restructuring that's going on and printing too much makes it less likely since some segments of society are protected.
