So what happened to the upperclassman!


We seem to have too many teams that sit on that promise that we are “young” . But in reality that just means that either we didn’t recruit well, we didn’t develop well, or we don’t have a culture that keeps the better players. This program like too many others seem to have a hard time “developing a program”. Wrestling has got the process and thankfully is a great exception. T&F is close too.
