Yeah, that's Keith Richards territory.

If my math is correct, there are about 17 1.5 oz shots in a fifth, so roughly 85 shots per gallon. So two gallons would be 170 shots per day - one every nine minutes for 24 hours straight.

He's probably confusing a fifth or pint with a gallon. Either one is still impressive / horrifying.
