I've replaced one on a 2009 Odyssey

If it is similar, then it is very easy. Three bolts plus the electrical connector for the side mirror defroster. I broke mine when I unhooked a rooftop bag on a slight incline and (I swear, this was in slow motion) began to descend towards the front driver side and knocked the mirror off. The duct tape solution was not acceptable for my wife, hence buying the new one from one of the Honda parts dealers online.

If it is harder than that, then I blame Honda for making something less simple.
