Second Yosemite

My uncle worked there for over 11 years, primarily working trail crews. His term there was interrupted by WWII, where he was a Lieutenant in the Navy (Pacific theater). Came across Ansel Adams photographing in Tuolumne Meadows, he got Adams to autograph one of his photo books that he had just purchased in the Valley. Family still has the album. Uncle's ashes are laid overlooking Tenaya Lake.

I added a link to a site that I think fully encapsulates what Yosemite is, Garrett's Yosemite. The site isn't maintained anymore, but I believe it will still bring this up. I couldn't get to it on my laptop but was able to go to it on my phone. If it doesn't work, I'll cut and paste it later.
