One of the women officers on my last ship had a horrible experience at the USNA. She was roommates with the gal from Texas who murdered her boyfriend's previous girl friend. I think the boyfriend was attending the USAF Academy at the time, so these were supposedly two very outstanding young people.

In a later year, she had a roommate who committed suicide.

Attending a military academy is stressful enough without anything out of the ordinary happening, and she had two horrible experiences.
