Attacking wind instruments vs football games seems odd.

My kids marching band has been allowed to play this fall under strict guidelines and protocols. All instruments have coverings over the bells, special masks were purchased with a port for mouthpieces/reeds, 6ft social distancing in seats and on field, etc. And those kids and families followed the guidelines to a T to continue to be allowed to play. 99% or greater voluntary mask and social distancing compliance by the parents.

In the rest of the stands and fields, I saw almost no compliance from the parents, fans, students, cheerleaders, nor football players (of which my son is one).

Same on TV for these college football games.

Lets just say the wind instruments are not the thing driving rising Covid rates...
