When in fact, Sally's likelihood of becoming an athletic star has absolutely nothing to do with those expensive travel clubs, but rather her innate "desire" she was born with. Some kids have it. Some don't. None is either good or bad.

But don't let your parental ego buy into spending tons on Sally. Let her just enjoy herself, and eventually take her in life's direction.

And a final tip. There are more academic scholarships out there, than athletic scholarships. Foster that.
