Live in MN, we have had a mask mandate since almost the

beginning of this pandemic it seems.
And the good people of MN are serious rule followers, as a general statement.
I can NOT recall the last time I saw anyone in a public space without a mask on.
MN has had a relatively low positivity rate all summer / early fall.
Wisconsin goes crazy, no masks, about 6 weeks ago.
About 3 weeks ago, MN cases go crazy.
I believe masks help some, but once the virus gets a hold of an area it has a mind of its own.
Just need to get to next spring, I think, when most will get vaccinated and we can be mostly outdoors again.
