OK. Friday afternoon happy hour game: Who should NOT get vaccine?

I might be able to play this all night, but I'll start with a quick 5 just from today:

1. Those healthy people with handicap mirror hanger things.
2. Those people that drive in the left lane and never move over.
3. Litterbugs
4. Those people that must be resting their left foot on the brake while driving, keeping their brake lights on all the time.
5. People that drink "Peroni Nastro Azzurro" Italian Beer. Scratch that. Totally acceptable, especially when it is BOGO.
