What's the best "gutter guard" for pine needles?


I'm not talking about a few pine needles, but mounds of pine needles. Have a next door neighbor with a pine forest on their suburban lot. My gutters fill quickly.

Looking for one that won't become clogged with them (pine needles).

I'm not beyond install all new leaf guard gutters if they are better than the gutter caps.
