Our previous home across town took biweekly sessions


from mid-October to mid-December just to keep ahead of all the leaves from very old oaks. Our first year there I waited until they had all fallen and then waded into raking. Too deep to mulch. By the second pass raking across the yard the leaves ahead of me were knee deep. I still wake up screaming in the night over that.
