I think the correct word for Galen Scott is transitional. And I think while he was here, he was succeeding. Personally I think Bud would have retired in 2017 or 2018 had the Galen plan worked.

And just a point, are you saying that anybody who is not already highly acclaimed is mediocre? If so you are doomed to eternal disappointment.
