I smoked them. Core out the jalepenos, stuff them with a dip (yesterday I used Harris Teeter's Cajun Crab Dip but I've also found that Aldi's Mexican Street Corn dip is darn tasty in them), wrap them suckers with a slice of bacon and toss em in the ol' smoker. I must say, they were infinitely better smoked than baked. Nice eating whilst watching the Brownies advance to 8-3 like the champion team we've all known them to be.
