Much fresher coffee than what you can buy pre-roasted.


The only thing that competes is a local coffee roaster, and I don't drink enough to get through it before it starts to go stale. Roasting two cups of beans lasts me 10-14 days, which is about the duration of roasted beans.

Now if I ever get tired of using this type of mechanical roasting device, I'll talk to my coffee sensi (MEHOKIE) for his recommendation.
