Reminded me of a case a few years ago. A car full of college students


crashed. At least one fatality, and one critically hurt (two girls). The two girls were somewhat similar in appearance (same body size and hair style), and they were beat up bad in the crash, so faces not immediately recognizable. The injured girl was in a coma and couldn't talk. Someone got the two mixed up, so the real parents of the injured girl thought their girl was dead, and the real parents of the dead girl kept up a vigil at the hospital for a few weeks. Error wasn't noticed until the injured girl woke up and started talking.
