Other than old people getting tricked into buying malware?

Funny story.

My 80 year old dad has some guy talk him into a $300 virus removal. Told my dad he was from MSFT. Then, whenever my dad was on the computer, the call center the guy worked in would get alerted and call my dad to sell him more stuff. LOL. He got so he was afraid to use the computer.

Call center was offshore of course.

I bought him an ipad and told him to throw away the computer. He did.
