Meh, it's private property, and they own it and set their rules. You as a

consumer exercised your right to not comply with the alternative they offered, and they exercised theirs by not letting you in. The data I've seen reported is that neck gaiters, while comfortable, provide little to no protection to you or to anyone else around you. Businesses that allow them are simply trying to avoid conflict and not lose a sale (like my local Publix that lets people wander around maskless even though 99% of the other shoppers have one on). Disney can afford to lose the small percentage of sales they lose by turning people away that don't play by their rules. Any major outbreak linked to Disney would probably be game over for them with regards to keeping parks and businesses open until after Covid is done. Love them or hate them, Disney it seems has been able to avoid outbreaks linked to their parks and stores. At least part of that has to do with their strict mask policies (no gaiters and no masks with valves on them). They lost probably billions in 2020 because of park and store closures, so I'm not going to fault them for putting the policies in place they feel they need to in order to stay open. They've had these policies in place since shortly after they reopened the parks, and personally, I appreciate them making sure that I as a consumer don't have to worry about other consumers without masks or with masks that offer no protection whatsoever to the other consumers. It's the difference between wearing a mask just to play by the rules even though that person may be wearing it as a chin diaper or wearing a mask that doesn't do anything (valve or gaiter) and wearing a mask to at least try to be a part of the solution and slow the spread. I've got no issue with people that decide they don't want to sacrifice their rights and wear a mask (as long as they don't encroach on my personal space) but I also have no issue with businesses that deny them entry. Their lost sale, their private property, they can do what they want just like their consumers can.
