Stall warnings...


I'm a wrestling newbie. I guess stall warnings are like pass interference in football - mostly judgment calls, is that right? When your opponent is on top and you can't get out, I don't see how you can get called for stalling. Seems to me the guy on top needs to try to get more points or let you go.
