Vermont. Like the line from "Holy Grail" "It's such a silly place." Weirder people one will never find than in Vermont. The place is thick w/ 'em.

Right on the river, I could paddle all the time; stone's throw from some good hiking and recreation in Canada (St Lawrence right there is full of whales).
