my wife and I went for a spin. After deciding where to go, I decided to fuel up at a usually cheap place. The store was busy and I chose a line that looked most promising. There was only one vehicle in front of me...but you know that is not always good.

The driver door of that vehicle opened. One minute elapses. The passenger gets out of vehicle to go inside. The driver finally gets out and approaches the pump. By this time we figured that the passenger had gone in to pay up front. Did I say the store was busy...

The pump is finally turned on and I said to my wife that this could be fast now thinking that at least they're not intending to completely fill the tank since they paid up front. Get this...

The man was at the pump for some time and I noticed the suv started rocking. He had his back to the suv rocking the suv to get every penny of his fuel into it; and that could harm the pollution control equipment...but he is rocking and pumping.

Then I saw fuel coming out of the fuel port...he was still rocking and pumping. I gave him a polite honk to get his attention...he was still rocking and pumping and spilling. I gave him another honk, got his attention and he saw the spillage...he thanked me.

I finally got to fill up while standing in fuel and water. As I left, I flipped a cigarette out the window. JK, I don't smoke.
