Bangles played Scumdown, but I do not think Go-Gos ever hit the Burg.


Watched the Doc about them. Quite interesting.

I didn't get the impression, that they did the full, small club, small hall tour scene in the US to get their break, seemed very Southern Calif centric, then they hit the "punk" scene in the UK for a bit... their big break came when the Police picked them for a big tour.

I am almost certain, but like you not 100%, that they never hit Blacksburg.

Bangles definitely did. Scumdown. And then later, as a little bigger, Radford Dedmond Center.
