I feel for ya.

What you see today is not what you’ll see tomorrow or the next day. Focus on you and making it through the next hour and then the next day. If you haven’t already, find a good counselor. I highly recommend counseling. Everyone can get something positive out of it.

I did it years ago and use tools I learned from it still today. I’ll share one now. Find one thing you look forward to that makes you smile and remind yourself of that when you’re feeling down.
