From a duals standpoint, have to put the run to the National Duals


final in 2011 at the top. Tech had been at the top of the ACC by then, but the ACC was still an average at best wrestling conference. Tech upset oklahoma state, which was one of the couple elite squads at that time, and then followed that up with beating Wisconsin. Fell in the finals but I feel like that run really put VT wrestling on the national map and potentially was the start of the ACCs progression over that next decade to a one of the top wrestling conferences
