Both their men’s and women’s programs have always been good, but neither has ever been close to as good as their women are now. And they’re only improving. Unless Desorbo makes some terrible mistakes, they’ll likely win 2 of the next 4 NCAA titles. Which is very very impressive for an ACC school to do on swimming. I doubt their men would ever win a natty, but they’re also improving quite quickly

And like someone said below, almost all high level swimmers in the nation are coached by professionals. Any successful club is run by coaches who are paid full time, and that is their full professional focus.
