I was thinking this too.


Last year he seemed just fine with giving up that shot and defending the position. I think with the opponents success in finishing the take down these last couple of matches, we may see more emphasis on defending the initial shot itself. 165 is a tough road, this guy from Pitt is only a part of it, but Mekhi is as good as any of them and if he can defend that shot before his leg goes up he is near unbeatable.
