Only intentionally shoplifted once in my life

I stole a set of gaming cards from a hobby shop when I was in middle school. I have no idea why, but the thought just popped in my head that it probably wouldn't be that difficult to do. So I did it.

And I felt guilty about it for weeks. So I never did it again.

I've probably accidentally taken something or forgotten to pay for something several other times, but I'd say that's different in the spirit of the original question.
