If there is no Cosco, it is a simple recipe:


Use San Marzano tomatoes and a really good quality olive oil.

If you want it a little thicker, cook up some tomato paste with the onions and add a small can of tomato puree, Salt & pepper to taste. Also add herbs early in cooking and when almost done to get layers of flavor.
