Of course not. I usually speed some, though not to "reckless driving"

levels. I'll do a rolling stop at stop signs on occasion when the intersection has great visibility. Heck, some locales probably even have tire inflation laws that I'll occasionally be out of compliance with, depending on the last time I checked.
